Once you have had a good look at the different models of Quingo mobility scooters and our advisor has got a chance to assess your needs he will suggest the most suitable models for you, though you are more than welcome to try all of the models in the range, and you will then have the chance to try the scooters out in your local environment, the best way to be sure the scooter will be perfect for your usage.

Superb and attractive machine

I have been delighted with my Vitess2 scooter and the service from the two mobility advisors, one who came to find the most suitable scooter for me and the other who delivered my choice a week later. They took time and care to explain the details of the scooter and its purchase, and then watched me on a test drive. The mobility advisor who delivered my scooter made all of the necessary adjustments to ensure my comfort and explained charging and maintenance.
The scooter itself is exceptionally well designed and engineered; everything has been well thought out. The display of functions is large and clear with horns to both sides to suit left or right handed owners. The amount of charge is well displayed on the screen as well as the temperature and mileage are easy to read. The seat is very comfortable and can be rotated through 360 degrees in steps of 45 degrees, to enable the owner to sit at a table or for access when mounting the scooter. When you have chosen your model from the Quingo mobility scooters range we then take your order and your scooter is assembled and configured to your exact specification.

We will then call you to arrange a date and time for delivery to suit you.

The day before delivery we call you to confirm that it is still OK and then the final part of joining the Quingo family is underway. One of our engineers will arrive with your chosen Quingo and it will then be configured to suit you and offer optimal comfort.

You will be taken out for a test drive to ensure that the scooter is perfect for you and comfortable. You will be given full training in driving and looking after your scooter.

I had a very good trial run on two scooters the gentleman was very knowledgeable and I felt really at ease with him. He was able to answer all the questions that I had, at first I thought I would just hire the scooter but after he gave me the figures for hire and to buy, I decided to buy the scooter.
