But customer service doesn’t stop once you have bought one of our products. At Quingo we offer great aftercare for you and our products. One of our main aftercare features is the service, which is essential to ensure your scooter remains in top condition, as well as enabling you to make the most out of your scooter.

Book annual services with quingo scooters

You may be wondering what actually happens during the service for your scooter. One of our quingo engineers will be scheduled to come and visit you and your scooter, to book a service then you can get in touch with our customer service team on 01582 430 900. Under normal circumstances a yearly service is adequate. If your Quingo uses a lot of mileage and you frequently travel long distances, we’d recommend getting your scooter serviced twice a year, although this is optional.

Your comfort and safety are paramount to us at Quingo, which is why it’s important to get your vehicle serviced by our knowledgeable and efficient engineers.

If your scooter breaks down, please don’t ask a 3rd party – be it a dealer, a friend or a garage – to fix the issue. It’s important to phone the service department immediately.

Should problems arise, it’s our priority to resolve your issue as quickly and constructively as possible.

You should keep all receipts for servicing and repairs along with your Quingo’s handbook as this may add value if or when you decide to sell your scooter.

what takes place in a quingo service

So what does the engineer do during your service? To ensure your ultimate safety the engineer will go through vigorous testing, including: an initial diagnostic road test, tires angles and wear and tear, all bodywork checks, light checks, steering bearing for wear, motor wear and speed checker, handlebar alignment, check the frame for damage, cracks and corrosion, battery and charger condition, all nuts and bolts tightened, final road test, vehicle clean, then finally the customer road test & sign off.
