Mr Davis On Our Customer Service And His Vitess 2

Here at Quingo we pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service.

Mr Davis recently had the misfortune to have his prized Vitess 2 vandalised and called us to get some repairs carried out.

Our engineers went on site to carry them out.

He had already decided to upgrade his mobility scooter by having our Q-Cam rear view camera fitted at the same time and our engineers installed this during the repairs.

Mr Davis suffers with arthritis in various parts of his body. The vast range of adjustment offered by our Quintell™ Posture Control System allows Mr Davis to benefit from optimal comfort when using his mobility scooter. A mobilty scooter that adapts to you is a scooter that simply offers more comfort.

Another way our unique 5 wheel design enhances your comfort is the built in stability and safety. If your scooter is stable, it feels safer, and that feeling of safety allows you to relax and that in turn increases your comfort.

On the independent feedback site feefo he tells us about his experience with Quingo and his Vitess 2.

This isn’t my first mobility scooter, but it is by far the best. It is the first one I’ve had that two of the wheels haven’t left the ground, no matter what the terrain, or the speed I’m travelling – the claims about stability are no idle boast!
It’s comfortable too. The footrests, a seemingly trivial detail, make a huge difference to me, especially to my arthritic knee, and this change to my posture also frees up some floor space, convenient for shopping.
My arthritic hands are grateful too, for the tiller paddle, which is designed so that either hand can easily operate forwards and backwards, more easily than on any scooter I’ve seen.
Excellent quality, and a well thought out design, make this scooter a joy to use. Mr Davis

Mr Davis was very happy with the service he was offered by Quingo:

From the first enquiry right through to a small repair (after some petty vandalism) the service has been superb. I expected, for example, a long phone call to arrange the repair, but the appointment was made in under two minutes, and I’m including the time it took to dial!
Service like this would be admirable in normal times, but in the middle of a pandemic it’s astonishingly good.

Mr Davis rang our dedicated customer service team, told them about what his needs were, and we were able to book his repairs and upgrades in short order. We were delighted to visit him at home and, once our engineer had worked his magic, Mr Davis was free once again to hit the highways and byways with his “new toy”.

Comfort Built In

The 5 wheel design of our scooters offers far great legroom and vastly improved posture compared to equivalent 4 wheel designs.

Ergonomic Design Offers Greater Comfort

Tri-Wheel Steering offers another significant advantage in that it offers up to 80% more foot space that you will find on equivalent 4 wheel scooters, giving massively increased comfort and improved circulation in your legs. All this is achieved while maintaining similar turning circles to 3 Wheel scooters but avoiding the inherent instability 3 wheeled models suffer from.

Adaptive footplates allow even greater precision in both the length and angle your feet are position in on your scooter. Our seats offer a wide range of adjustments for greater ergonomic position. Quingo Quintell™ Posture Control System for greater comfort

When dropping down a kerb it is common for many a mobility scooter to become stuck or beached, Quingo scooters overcome this problem with Kerbmaster™ Powered Anti-Grounding. This ingenious device doubles up as an anti-tip system. Kerbmaster™ automatically engages when the rear wheels touch the kerb and the main drive wheels are not touching the ground. At this point the drive function of Kerbmaster™ is engaged smoothly moving the scooter on to the main drive wheels once more. This effectively removes the danger associated with getting stuck on a kerb.

Kerbmaster™ Powered Anti-Grounding and Anti-Tipping

The Quintell™ 5 Wheel Stabilising System and forward sitting position offer superb stability. This allows you to use your scooter in safety on rougher surfaces and uneven slopes that some other scooters just cannot manage.
