Why a 5 wheeled scooter?
In the early days, there was just 3 wheeled scooters. They were simple
in design. On the up side they were short and manoeuvrable in restricted
areas, on the down side they could be dangerously unstable when in
inexperienced hands. This could lead to vehicles tipping and to potentially
