The Quingo Toura is intended for occassional indoor use and for outdoor pavement use and hard surfaces at 4mph. It is also capable of longer range road use at up to 8mph. It is ideal for short/medium/long journeys, visiting friends, shops, shopping centres or longer trips out and about. It can also be transported in most larger family sized cars.
